Women's Self Defense Class

Same program as Workshop Level 1 for women of all ages

This 2-hour personal safety workshop outlines strategies for avoiding danger using simple deterrents like time, light and noise. Participants also learn how to develop awareness, problem solving skills and confidence, as well as simple self-defense skills which are easy to remember and proven effective in a physical confrontation. All ages and abilities are welcome to participate.
